Made to Measure Canopies

Our canopies are all made to measure and bespoke to your needs. We manufacture our canopies in-house, therefore allowing us to create a canopy in the dimensions that you require as long as they are structurally viable. The Coniston wall mounted canopy for example can be manufactured to be more than just a rectangle or square canopy here’s why…

Internal and External Corners
Our canopies can be made to follow the shape of your building even if it means going around internal and external corners.

To enable the canopy to follow external corners, we use a design called a hip and this enables the canopy to flawlessly “bend” round a building whilst still looking great and offering maximum durability. A great example of this is a Coniston Wall Mounted Canopy that we installed at Meadow Vale Primary School in Bracknell, Berkshire.

To enable our canopies to follow internal corners we use a design called a valley, this allows the canopy to follow the internal corners of your building perfectly and robustly. We installed a Coniston Wall Mounted Canopy with 4 valleys at Gordonbrock Primary School in Lewisham, London to create an all round covered play area.

Different Heights & Projections
The Coniston can be altered so that the wall plate can be different heights to follow the difference in height of your building and also to follow the different projections that your building may have.

If you could like a canopy to have different heights, this can be achieved with the use of a split level wall plate. We installed a wall mounted canopy at Alderman Peel High School in Wells-next-the-Sea in Norfolk that had a split level wall plate because the school wanted the canopy to be of different heights.

If your building does not have a flat wall surface and has protruding areas, then you will need a canopy with a staggered wall plate. A staggered wall plate means that the back plate of the canopy that fixes to the wall is staggered in the areas needed. A great example of this is at Chase Side Primary School in Enfield, Middlesex where we installed a Coniston wall mounted Canopy with a staggered wall plate to follow the columns along the external wall of their school building.

So as you can see, we can design, manufacture & install our canopies to follow obstacles and tricky building shapes. But don’t worry we can carry out a full site survey where our surveyor will work out if any of the above are required and we will talk you through the process.
