Father and Son Camp
A father and son camp is a fundraiser that is full of fun and different experiences that helps a father and son to bond further. Male pupils and their fathers can buy tickets for the overnight event; around £10-£20 would be an ideal ticket price depending on what is included, offering a free evening meal and breakfast is a nice addition to the event.

Fathers Day Fundraisers - Football You could arrange for all fathers & sons to arrive at around 4pm which gives them time to set up their tent and have dinner in the “camp”. A real campsite experience can be achieved by arranging assault courses for them to take part in and traditional camping games along with story telling around a camp fire.

A Sponsored Football Game
A game that many fathers love is football so why not bring out their competitive side with a father’s day football match to raise funds for your school? Ask dads to take part and charge family and friends to watch the match. If you run this year after year you may find the same dads returning to play again.

Selling refreshments & beverages such as a BBQ or Hog Roast and a beer tent if you have the licence to sell alcohol will go down a treat!

Beer Festival
A beer festival held on your local playing field can bring in many visitors from pupil’s families to people further afield as long as you advertise well.

You could charge local beer, ale and cider suppliers to hold a stall – ring around contacting them telling them about your event, what you are raising money for and that you plan to advertise well. Local pubs may also be interested in holding stalls so don’t forget to contact them too.

You could also bring in more profit by holding your own BBQ, soft drinks stall and fun stalls for kids such as bouncy castles, fairground rides and face painting. Live music also gets everyone in the mood and creates a great atmosphere at outdoors events such as beer festivals.
