My Favourite Retail Installation So Far…
My favourite installation that we have installed at retail business has to be the Kensington Wall Mounted Entrance Canopy that we installed at the Lidl supermarket in Waterloolville, Hampshire earlier this year (February 2014).
I chose this as my favourite retail installation because I think the canopy looks like it was made for the building, it fits in seamlessly with its surroundings and looks fantastic! What do you think?
The Kensington Wall Mounted Entrance Canopy was 4m x 2.5m and was finished in White Aluminium (RAL 9006) which fits in perfectly with the existing cladding on the building. This entrance canopy is available with a choice of roof coverings; 10m toughened glass, 5mm solid polycarbonate or 16mm structured polycarbonate; Lidl opted for the 10mm toughened glass.
The Kensington is perfect for the retail market, it also works fantastically within many other sectors, we installed two Kensington Wall Mounted Entrance Canopies at Oakland’s Secondary School in London. Additionally we installed the junior version of this product (The Kensington Junior Entrance Canopy) at Colchester General Hospital’s A&E building in Essex.
