Able Canopies Receives Third ‘Perfect Delivery’ Certificate from Morgan Sindall

Here at Able Canopies we are extremely pleased to have secured yet another ‘Perfect Delivery’ certificate from Morgan Sindall. It’s our third Perfect Delivery certificate that we’ve received from them which was awarded for the works carried out at Ashmole Primary School in London in July 2018.

What’s a perfect delivery certificate?
On the Morgan Sindall website, they declare that in order to deliver focus to their philosophy, they have recognised five evident measures which they call their ‘Customer Commitments’. These commitments apply to all their customers, both internally and externally and identify five goals: to deliver safe, on time, snag free and ultimately to have a delighted customer that would recommend us Morgan Sindall, based on the overall customer experience. For a project to achieve Perfect Delivery, all five of the above commitments must be achieved and signed off by the customer.

The Installation
Our installation of a Tarnhow Mono Timber Free Standing Canopy and x3 timber screens is one that we were particularly pleased with. The canopy is a stunning structure that looks great finished with a black stain and we overcame a few design hurdles with the side screens to ensure they would do the job perfectly and looked exactly how the Architect has envisioned.
