Able Canopies Receives 2nd Morgan Sindall Perfect Delivery Certificate
At the end of last year, we were very pleased to receive our second Morgan Sindall Perfect Delivery certificate. The certificate was awarded to us for our contribution to the project at Home Farm Primary School in Colchester, Essex.
Morgan Sindall state that to provide focus to their philosophy, they have identified five tangible measures which they call their Customer Commitments. The commitments are applicable to all their customers, both internally and externally and identify five goals: to deliver safe, on time, snag free and ultimately to have a delighted customer that would recommend us Morgan Sindall, based on the overall customer experience. For a project to achieve Perfect Delivery, all five of the above commitments must be achieved and signed off by the customer.
In August 2018, we supplied and installed a 9.645m x 3m Coniston Wall Mounted Canopy and 8 Scooter Racks as part of the works that Morgan Sindall was carrying out at Home Farm Primary School. They were so pleased with our product and service, and because we met all 5 goals outlined above, that they awarded us with a Perfect Delivery certificate.
This follows our first certificate that was awarded to us for the 42m x 3.5m Coniston Wall Mounted Canopy installed at John Ray Infant School in Braintree, Essex.
