Able Canopies – Committed to Supporting Local and National Charities
On Sunday 16th May the Able Ladies made their way to Colchester Castle Park dressed in as much pink they could find to take part in the Cancer Research Race for Life 2010.
The race consisted of a 5k run (or walk) around the park. The Team participated in the event last year and managed to complete the course in just over an hour!
However this year they performed even better and finished the course in an impressive 50 minutes.
Luckily the weather held off for them and there was no rain to dampen the day unlike last year. They walked away with a medal and a smile to show there success and also raised an outstanding £290 for charity! Well done guys!
