Rail Accident Investigation Branch

In March 2018 we supplied and installed an 8m x 8m Bespoke Grange Junior Freestanding Canopy with Timber Clad Side Fills in Derby on behalf of Thomas & Sons Construction Ltd.

Thomas & Sons Construction Ltd contacted us wanting to provide a canopy for their clients at the Rail Accident Investigation Branch. Their clients wanted a canopy to shelter their vans so when they unload and load goods, they are sheltered from all types of weather.

We recommended the Bespoke Grange Junior Freestanding Canopy as this suited the clients’ needed especially with the add-on of Timber Clad Side Fills added an extra level of weather protection.

    Oaklands Secondary School Case Study

    Able Canopies were commissioned by Bouygues (UK) Ltd to produce five bespoke canopies at Oaklands School in Tower Hamlets, London. These canopy installations were part of a major Building Schools for Future (BSF) project managed by Bouygues (UK) Ltd. to refurbish parts of the school and construct a new building at the site. The canopies were crucial to bringing the whole look and feel of the refurbished site together, and so communication, teamwork, and painstaking attention to detail were vitally important to ensure a successful installation.
