Liberty Primary School – Wall Mounted Canopy

In December 2022, St Andrew’s C of E Primary School in Crawley, West Sussex, reached out to us in search of a modern canopy solution to enhance their courtyard. Their goal was to replace an existing canopy (not installed by us) with a durable, all-weather structure that would provide reliable shelter for students and staff during break times, as well as create a dedicated outdoor learning space.

In December 2024, we supplied and installed a 7.8m x 4m Coniston Wall Mounted Canopy at Kingsbury Primary School in Tamworth, Staffordshire.

In December 2024, we supplied and installed a 6m x 1.8m  Coniston Freestanding Canopy at The Brier School in Kingswinford, West Midlands.

In March 2025, we supplied and installed a 33m x 5.5m Coniston Free Standing Canopy at Thomas Walling Primary School in New Castle Upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear.

Able Canopies were commissioned by Bouygues (UK) Ltd to produce five bespoke canopies at Oaklands School in Tower Hamlets, London. These canopy installations were part of a major Building Schools for Future (BSF) project managed by Bouygues (UK) Ltd. to refurbish parts of the school and construct a new building at the site. The canopies were crucial to bringing the whole look and feel of the refurbished site together, and so communication, teamwork, and painstaking attention to detail were vitally important to ensure a successful installation.

In February 2024, the nursery collaborated with Happe Contracts Ltd, a specialist building and roofing contractor, to facilitate these improvements. Happe Contracts Ltd reached out to us for a quotation on two entrance canopies that would ensure protection from the elements while maintaining a sleek and modern appearance.

In January 2025, we supplied and installed two Coniston Freestanding Canopies at Broom Barns Primary School in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

In January 2025, we supplied and installed a 12m x 6m Coniston Freestanding Canopy at East Wickham Infant & Nursery School in Bexley, London.
