Knowle C of E Primary School contacted us because they were looking for a structure to create a covered play area to the rear of their nursery. The area that they wanted the canopy to be installed, is regularly windy and they therefore requested a panel to be fitted to the canopy to block wind from entering the canopy, yet they need to keep their fire exit clear.
We supplied and installed a 8.9m x 3.6m Coniston Wall Mounted Canopy finished in Gentian Blue with 5mm thick polycarbonate side and front fills to dramatically reduce the issue with wind in order to meet the schools requirements. Their pupils can now play outside under their canopy whatever the weather whilst still being able to gain full access to their fire exit.
