Chain Reaction Cycles is a company that has two cycle shops in Northern Ireland. They were opening a new shop in Belfast and required a cycle shelter to be installed outside the front of their store for their customers to use.
A member of staff from Chain Reaction Cycles contacted Able Canopies via telephone after browsing our products on our website. They spoke to Able Canopies’ Sales Advisor and explained that they were interested in a timber cycle shelter that would hold 10-12 cycles.
The sales advisor at Able Canopies arranged for a full site survey to be completed at a time that was convenient for the customer.
Once the site survey was completed, Able Canopies sent out the quotations, as requested. The customer asked for two quotations; two different bespoke timber cycle compound designs. They were interested in two different roofing options and asked the quotes to include a price for both sedum matting grass and tile effect felt roofs. They also requested for the above shelters to be quoted with two different timbers – Red Cedar wood and treated softwood.
Once the staff at Chain Reaction Cycles had received the quotations, they decided to go ahead with the bespoke cycle shelter design that was constructed from treated softwood with a felt tile effect roof.
The installation went smoothly with no problems during or after the installation of the cycle shelter. The staff at Chain Reaction Cycles were pleased with their finished shelter stating that our service, installation, and the product was all excellent and that they would recommend Able Canopies.
